If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase of educational materials within fourteen days, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period ends fourteen days after the day on which the purchase was concluded, or, for tangible items, after the day on which you receive them. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication concerning your withdrawal before the period expires.
4. Downloadable and digital content
For digital content supplied immediately — for example a file you can download straight away — the right of withdrawal can end once supply has begun, provided you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal at that point. Where that consent has not been given, the standard fourteen-day period continues to apply. We will always make this clear before any purchase is completed.

- A short statement that you wish to withdraw or request a refund.

6. How we process a refund

Where a refund is due, we aim to process it without undue delay and, in any case, within fourteen days of accepting the request. We may withhold a refund until any tangible item has been returned, where relevant.

You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund itself. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.

If a paid educational item is faulty, incomplete, or materially different from how it was described, your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy.
